Privacy Policy

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Chefs Table Las Vegas ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Chefs Table Las Vegas ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Facility Event Space Rental Agreement

This contract for the rental of a residence is made this day (The Date & Time as described for each event ticket) of by and between Chef’s Table Las Vegas LLC, hereafter referred to as the “Owner”, and (The Bearer of Each Confirmed Ticket Holder), hereafter referred to as the “Renter”.

Whereas, the Renter desires to temporarily rent, occupy, and make use of the Owner’s venue only to include the following areas: Street Parking, Front Entry, Guest Restroom, Kitchen and Dining Rooms Only, located at 2219 Carrizo Way, Henderson, NV 89052 and known as Chef’s Table Las Vegas, and

Whereas, the Owner agrees to such rental, occupation, and use in consideration of certain payments and covenants herein enumerated;

Now, therefore, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. EVENT DESCRIPTION / VENUE ACCESS: The Renter shall have access to and use of the venue from the date and time for each ticket purchased for the date of the event, for the purpose of hosting the Chef’s Table LV event. Owner shall provide to Renter access to the above outlined areas of the residence for the event.

II. RENTAL COST: The full rental fee for the use of the venue described in Paragraph I above shall be $20.00 USD per ticket. (This fee is included with each ticket purchased)

III. Expiration of Rental Period: The rental period’s expiration will expire at the end of the event as described in the ticket purchase and the times described for each event.

IV. LIABILITY: Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.

V. DISPUTES: Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Chefs Table Las Vegas is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Chefs Table Las Vegas charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
